Downloaded you BookShout Android app ... it sucks! Every time I try to use the TOC feature, it crashes. To get to the first chapter w/o reading all the Preface and other typically superfluous stuff, I have to keep swiping the screen until I get there. You should provide a way that I can simply download a PDF and go my merry way!

Bob,
Just like on the Kindle and Nook platforms, customers are not able to download the pdf or ebup file of books on BookShout either. Can you please tell us which Android device and operating system version you are using? This will help us troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing.

Plain and simple ... the TOC links do NOT work!

We understand. Knowing which device and operating system version you're using will help us know why the TOC links are not working, as this does not happen for every Android device. Please let us know so we can troubleshoot this problem.
