Can't open the purchased book in the app

Hello. I've just bought a book from your site. But when I try to open it in the app, "failure " is written. When I use the link from the e-mail I see the following: "Whoa, Internal Server Error on our end. We are taking a look at it. Please visit our support site if you need anything. Go Home"

    Good Afternoon Anna,

    I am sorry you encountered this error. I have reset the ebook on your bookshelf and the app should no longer crash. To ensure the ebook is updated please sign out of the app then back in. Once you have signed in you will be able to open the ebook. Please let me know if you have any questions.
