    Good Morning Jessica,

I am sorry for the error you encountered and hope I can help. First I will need your email address used to create your BookShout account. I have searched under [email blocked] but I am unable to find you. Also can you please tell me if you access the ebook via the app on a mobile device or are you using a web browser? If you are using a web browser please let me know the browser being used.

    Thank you

    Good Morning Jessica,

I am very sorry but I am not able to find any user with that email address. I have searched by your name, but we have a few users matching. If possible can you sign into the website bookshout.com and provide me with the url on your dashboard? For example my account is https://www.bookshout.com/reader/nachooo-poundstone. With this I'll be able to find your account.

    Thank You
