I purchased a book through HarperCollins, logged in using their auth sign in and don't have any books in my account.

    Hi Alex
Thank you for contacting me on Christmas, exceptional customer service. It
looks like I do not have an email from them. I do have my PayPal receipt
and when I log into their site my order history contains the book. I've
attached a screen shot of my order confirmation.
    Thanks
    Chris

    Good Afternoon Mr. Cumming,

I've added the ebook to your account. If you are using the BookShout app please sign out then back in to ensure your bookshelf is updated. Once you have signed in confirm that you can now view and open the ebook. If you need anything else please feel free to contact me.

    Merry Christmas
