I am having an issue with my credits as well. I see another person asked the same question I did but the discussion was closed so I don't know the outcome. I have credits in my account but when I try to use them to get books they don't seem to be applicable. How can I tell if a book is eligible for the credits?

    Good Morning Lisa,
There is currently not a way to tell if you have chosen a book that you cannot use credit other than adding it to the card and seeing if the BookShout Bucks field appears on the payment screen. We are currently redesigning our cart process so that it will notify user if they have a book that will not accept before the payment screen.
The only major Publisher that currently does not allow credit for purchases is Penguin Random Hours and its sub-imprints.

Thank you. If I have more than one book in my cart and one will accept
credits but the other will not, will it show me the field?

    Good Afternoon Ms. Staha,
Unfortunately if one of the books in your card will not accept credit, the field will not be shown. We recommend when trying to redeem credits that you do each book individually. I know this is inconvenient but we are hoping to roll out our new cart checkout process soon.
