    Good Morning Alec,
I am sorry you are experiencing an issue with "SaveThe Cat". The book opens normally on the web and android devices but seem to have a problem on iOS devices. I have asked development to examine the eBook file.

As for the Spritz reader. It is not available in the web reader. It is only available in the app. When you open the book in the app for the first time you will be asked if you want to use the speed reader or the standard reader. IF you are in the standard reader and would like to switch to speed reader you can do so by pressing the stopwatch icon in the banner at the top of the page.

As indicated development is looking into the book failure on iOS. In the meantime you can read the book in the web reader while we address this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have this solved shortly.
    Thanks for your patience,
    Bookshout! Support Team

    Good Morning Mr. Wirth,
Our developers have determined the problem is with the ePub we received from the publisher. An error in it's formatting is preventing our iOS app from downloading the book. We realize this is an inconvenience to you and have decided to refund your money for the book, though we will leave it in your account. You can still read the book via the Web Reader or through an Android device such as a tablet or phone.

You should be receiving an email receipt from us for the refund. Please all a few days for your bank to process it.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience to you.

    Thanks,
    Bookshout! Support Team

    Dear Fred,

Thank you for the refund, much obliged. I was wondering if there's any
timeline on when the ePub issue might be solved, or if there is any
technological work-around. Would it be possible to get a plain-text
document of the book with which I could use the Spritz internet browser
plug-in to read it? I really love this piece of technology, I've been
telling everyone I know about it, and would love to apply it to this book I
want to read. And all books for that matter. I'm a very slow reader, and I
recently was diagnosed with ADD, but the medium in which Spritz presents
reading has allowed me to breeze through articles and books with focus and
ease. I don't want to go back!

    Please advise,

    Alec

    Good Morning Mr. Wirth,
Unfortunately the publishers will not allow us to provide text documents or pdf versions of their books. We are submitting a new app version to Apple shortly that we think will work around the formatting issue with this ePub. It take Apple 2 - 3 weeks to approve an app. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience.
