Book not transferred to my library
Hello. I purchased an eBook, namely The Girl Who Walked in the
Shadows by author Marnie Riches, from Harper Collins but I can't
download it to my iPad. I have downloaded the app Bookshout as
directed but it safe that my device doesn't support the app but
that I can add it to my wish list and purchase it from Bookshout.
Not sure what to do now, any ideas?

I'm sorry you encountered this error. Can you please provide me with the date of the purchase and confirmation number? Once I have this information I will be able to investigate further.
