Books will not download onto iPad
Hello,
I bought an ebook as well as received a free book via a HarperCollins promo and downloaded the bookshout app on my iPad. I am trying to read the books, but I when I click download to put the books onto my device, I almost instantly have a pop with an "x" and says it failed. My internet is connected to wifi. Thank you for the help!

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I purchased a book as well and I get the same message. It comes up with an x and says failed when I try to open the book. Thanks!

I have the exact same problem. I have 12 books but I can't download any of them.

I have the same problem on my iMAC and iPad neither e free book from Bookshout or a book I purchased will complete the download. It gets about 25% complete according to the blue circle and just stops.

Exactly same with me. It starts downloading and the it gets stuck at 25%.

Same thing here. Conks out at 25% and get an 'x' and FAIL.
